1. Data controller

Manta Diving by Andi (website:https://mantadiving.center/) is the controller for personal data collected through this website. For privacy requests, use thecontact form.

2. What data we process

  • Contact data you send us directly (for example email address and message content).
  • Limited cookieless measurement signals and, if you consent, analytics data stored with Google Analytics cookies.
  • Cookie consent preference (essential), so we can remember your choice.

3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

  • Responding to diving inquiries and trip communication: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f).
  • Optional website analytics: GDPR Article 6(1)(a) consent and ePrivacy consent rules.
  • Security, abuse prevention, and basic operations: GDPR Article 6(1)(f).

4. Cookies and local storage

We use two categories:

  • Essential: stores your consent choice so we do not ask on every page.
  • Analytics: Google may receive limited cookieless measurement while analytics storage is denied. Analytics cookies are set only after “Accept all”.

You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

5. Google Analytics (optional)

This site uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to understand aggregate traffic patterns and improve content clarity. The Google tag may send limited cookieless measurement while analytics storage is denied. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them. We do not use analytics for advertising on this site.

  • Contact-form success is measured as an anonymous lead event. We do not send contact form fields to Google Analytics.
  • Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled.
  • Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Data may be processed outside the EEA (for example in the United States) under Google's contractual transfer safeguards.

6. Retention

  • Contact messages: retained only as long as needed for communication and legal/accounting obligations.
  • Consent preference: stored for up to 180 days unless you clear browser storage.
  • Analytics data: retained according to Google Analytics settings in our account.
